by surprise...went I went to use the ATM this morning, my balance seemed much higher than it was two days ago. Apparently, it was direct deposited. I was expecting the snail-mail check. Anyone elses check direct deposited? I didn't even opt for it, but then again I'm not complaining

I guess because I had my federal return directly deposited. Did you have your refund DD (if you got one)? Mine came in around the 5th, I checked online yesterday since some coworkers were talking about not getting theirs yet.

It is toasty today. About 85 and 80% humidity.

Summer is here and in full swing, but since I'm a person who moved here from up north I'm not going to complain.

Seems bad form to move to Florida and then complain about the heat.

5. We bought a new king sized bed for a STEAL!

The bed is a white sleigh bed that we can paint if we decide to later. It's lovely. We've been needing to upgrade for sometime. Anyway. Enjoy your stimulus package!! :hi:

From the IRS website I thought we would have been direct deposited last week -- and they sure didn't waste any time cashing the $2710 check I sent to them...it cleared my credit union on 4/9. I'm a little bit offended that they're dragging their feet.
