2. When he made his appearance at the Last Waltz....

It remains one of the most intense performance I ever saw. Caravan and Tura lur Lura. Can't find it on YouTube, but that was truly incredible....I ahve seen him at least 15 times int he passt.

BTW< his daughter Shana is also really talented and a hot babe toboot.

is incredible. I love the purple suit that he's wearing and the kicks he does while singing the song. The Thanksgiving buffet they set up backstage must have been pretty good.

24. Actually the buffet was for the audience......

everyone was whisked to the floor where they had these long tables set up. Turkey and all the trimmings. And then when you finished your meal, dancers whisked you away to the dance floor to waltz the night away. The stage was decorated with the set from La Traviata.

As good as Van was that night NOTHING came close to Muddy Watters. The single msot intense moment of my musical life.

25 bucks and you should have heard people in line bitching about it.

Th funny thing is...the movie is almost like another event. As good as it is, it really captured nothing of the event I was at. No crowd shots. Nothing of the meal. No Bill Graham. The editing was also horrendeous too, there was so much more that is not on that movie in evry version. I ahve a complete LW show, and it is nothing like the movie. the order is shanged etc....
