I've thrown my back out somehow. I'm kinda prone to sciatic pain. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, man, it's a bitch. I don't drink often, but I decided to try some Jack Black Cola that was on sale at the grocery store. It's a "malt" beverage that tastes like a Jack and Coke. Pretty good. I'm drinking for medicinal purposes now.

Do you have a booklet of back exercises?
If not, I can probably describe them to you.
Liquor and painkillers only go so far. You need to do something more than drink on your couch.

when my husband threw his back out I would go and get a mustard patch from the pharmacy....
