fuck visa
I found out someone has somehow stolen my credit card information (I lucked out, small $10 purchases). When Visa told me all these transactions happened at one place I asked for the address. "Oh, we don't have that." Was the answer. So I said, "Well, if they have a visa machine, then obviously they're registered and you do have it. So, put me on the phone with someone who can help me." So, for 20 minutes I'm being bounced around from person to person. All of them trying to come up with an excuse for why they can't tell me where the place trying to fuck with my card is.

But, I think I've figured it out. Some place called "Vinci park." My card hasn't been physically stolen. So, I'm assuming someone has tried to use the card's number to pay for parking via cell phone. Now, they finally gave me the fucking address. And it turns out it's only a few blocks from me.

So, now I gotta talk to vinci park and see if I can somehow find out what phone number these charges were made from. Once I get that, I'm a find this mother fucker.

7. The problem is though..
that they will do a fine job of finding you after you "tune up" the guy that is using your credit card number...

it is the way it works.

2. I cannot possibly think that it's legal...
to withhold that sort of information from you in the process of disputing charges. You think they'd be as interested in catching the piss-ant as you are since they're about to get stuck for the charges, I figure.
