Too funny.... hubby's not even home yet but I googled to see if there were any pictures up yet (hubby said they were heavily photographed and were on TV and in the newspaper). Here's what I've found so far...hehehe.

Too bad you can't see the back. They have gold capes with a superman shaped applique that says Bush Whackers.

i was in the city yesterday and saw several costumes milling around the streets after the run . . .

3. He said people were telling them they saw them on TV

But I asked if anyone from SF had seen them and nobody responded. I hope they got a lot of good pictures. I can't wait to share them. He said they had so much fun, but he was depressed that he only saw one naked lady...and he said she shouldn't have been naked in the first place...haha.


He also told me that when they tried on their outfits the night before and were walking around by their hotel that some guy took video of them and said he was gonna put it on YouTube...oh my.

6. Couldn't get off work for Monday.... and even worse...

I'm still getting over a screwed up ankled I hurt falling down the courthouse steps. Do not try to talk on a cellphone while carrying an armful of folders. I'm just glad it was the last 4 steps I missed and not the first 4.

Bay to Breakers ain't just a marathon. It's also a costume party. And it became a joke that guys who had no interest in doing drag or transvestism, would wear their wife's little black dress (every woman has one). An old joke.

10. LOL... I'll tell my hubby that one.

They totally went for the "costume" part, but they chose to use it as a political statement. We live in a very red part of our state and my hubby and his buddy (my husband is a current principal of an elementary school and buddy is a retired principal of same) and buddy's wife is a retired teacher. I'm not sure what the other people in their entourage do (there were about 8 total)
