Starting to think my friend needs help....

She broke up with this guy she only dated for a month. And she can't stop calling him even though he hasn't answered his phone or returned emails or calls or anything. From being friends with her, I've gathered she's a little needy in the relationship department. And, she lost her Dad a few years ago, so I think she has real issues saying goodbye to people. So, that this guy is doing what he's doing it's very hard for her. I don't know what to tell her. Except "KNOCK IT OFF, STALKER." And this is a girl who's had to call the police five times for being stalked by creeps.
