My one big complaint about ESPN.....
They need to show more highlights of the Yankees, Red Sox, Mets and Cubs!

Sure, the other 26 teams in Major League Baseball get all the attention, but I never, ever see any highlights or games featuring the Yankees, Red Sox, Mets or Cubs!

It's like these teams never existed!

11. Those poor folks in the northeastern region of our country.
They must have to actually GO to games to see them.

13. i know, right

16. Weren't they playing the Red Sox though?
Orioles crush the Yankees 12-2 last night and the game only goes to the top of the highlights because A-Rod is back from an injury and hit a homerun.

And the O's sweep the Red Sox last week and the big story from that series was that Manny Ramirez made a catch and then ran up a wall and high fived a fan.

6. At least they've stopped showing poker every single day of the week,
and have cut back to only 10-12 hours per week.

Congress really needs to get on the ball and pass legislation defining 'sports.' What do we pay those people for?

A-Rod came back!

And he hit a two-run homerun!

Oh yeah, and some team from Baltimore beat them 12-2! But forget about that! The important thing is that A-Rod hit a homerun!

Now, let's talk about the game after the Red Sox threw a no-hitter! Because the game after a no-hitter is always big news!

20. I stopped watching them a long time ago.
They decided that 6 hours of poker was more interesting than giving hockey fans an hour of information about the games around the league. NHL2Night was the only place you could get information about the whole league instead of homers talking solely about the home team.

It's like the Denver radio stations when the Avs moved there. And... in sports... the Broncos were idle. (this in March, after a major Avs win).
