Anyone have friends or family in Minn, where the storms hit?

1. She is. I'm here in south central Minnesota; we were missed altogether

but NE of St. Paul there was a reported touchdown and some high winds. I have not heard of any damage/injuries to anyone on DU or their friends or relatives - anyone else??? Any word on how everybody's doing?

4. thank you! I had a little bit of worry over my youngest; didn't hear from

her until this evening, so I was a little concerned, but both my girls are OK. :-)
My heart aches for the family near St. Paul who lost their 2-year-old, and had another child seriously injured. Both parents also in the hospital.
Nothing worse than losing a child. Nothing.

I do not know anybody in those places though.

6. My family in Bloomington was missed by the worst of it.

Bloomington is southwest of both Minneapolis and St. Paul.

My heart goes out to the folks in Hugo. How scary.
