So at 6 he's just over the daily limit and with 10 beers that is impairing his metabolism of the vikes

Probably survive it, have some minor liver damage, and go on. Doing this over and over again is what is harmful to the liver as well.

A big enough dose of acetominophen will overload the liver.

Dunno how his liver function tests are to start with so no way to predict his response to this.

He should get some help...

You know what, my mom needs me too. There are days I don't want to get out of bed, but I do because I've got a bunch of animals AND a bunch of people that count on me. Is it the best life? No. Quite frankly, at times it sucks. Sucks to the point where if someone I cared about in a huge way wasn't there any more, I'd consider how I placed my chips on the table.

Mixing alcohol and painkillers (which contain a lot of Tylenol) is deadly. And you won't go out in a blaze of glory, you'll go out in a blaze of puking your guts out or a blaze of liver failure (which is horribly painful and not quick). So stop and first thing tomorrow get yourself to a psych or a doctor. You can make it through one night.

I can't really diagnose this far away (and I'm not allowed to), but you seem severely depressed. There things that can be done - you don't have to hurt this bad.

Please respond. We're worried about you. That amount of alcohol and acetaminophen is dangerous. I have lots of friends who are recovering addicts, and a lot more of them get sick/killed by the Tylenol than the opiates.
