Closest I ever experienced was the drought of 1988. It just wasn't humid enough to create rain. Hot, yes. Humid, no. I remember being amazed at how little I used the AC.

My apt is a humidity trap, I can't deal. I get less tolerant of sweating as I age. It's staying on all night, so I can sleep past dawn. The sun blasts me at 5:30-7 a.m., and I need some rest after tonight. :)

At least it hasn't gotten super warm yet, but the humidity today was bad--and after this storm tonight will probably be even worse tomorrow ...

in the 70's. Supposed to be in the 90's by the weekend. I hate when we go from cool temps straight up to 95. As for the humidity....it gets awful here close to the lake.
