One of my kitties is in the cat hospital.... |
|
...she's the oldest one too. She's been very quiet the last couple of days and when the vet checked her over he thought she might have an infection. I hope it's just an infection from her teeth and not something more serious.

3. oh my. sick babies. I will think good thoughts for you. I am sure |
|
they will help her. How are her teeth? Teeth can make animals sick. I paid about two grand to get my five dachshunds teeth cleaned. They had to be put out, the wankers. :)
I will think of you, sweetie. Keep us posted.

I went through this several months ago and I think I drove the receptionist nuts by calling every hour checking on my little guy. It was hell for me, so I know how you are feeling I wish you and your little kitty the best:) Hugs to you both
btw, My little guy is doing very well now:)

She is about 16. We got her seven years ago when our neighbours moved back to Mexico. They kept her outside and when she came to us, I tried to make her into a indoor cat. I mostly succeeded. But man, she has a mind of her own.
I hope it's her teeth. She had them cleaned about two and half years ago and after all the tests, the vet thought it could be an infection from her teeth. Her name is Casey they called her that - short for Quesadilla.

9. If the vet told you that already |
|
Its a good sign. If she had a high temp and the other things like heart rate, blood pressure etc...the vet would have know if it was more serious or even life threatening. Also you state in the beginning of your post that the lethargy was over the last couple days. If a condition comes on suddenly , it most likely is not cancer or some kind of prolonged terminal illness.
