How the hell does Proactiv not get sued for ripping off "The Way It Is" in their commercials?
You've seen the commercials, which feature a piece of instrumental music that is, in my opinion, sue-ably close to Bruce Hornsby's "The Way It Is" (but it's not actually the tune). How have they not been sued yet?
