Today is the day my refrigerator must be cleaned out. |
|
i have some gloves, tongs and a 3m mask just in case. The top shelf in way back should yield the oldest and most horrifying stuff and because that's the most difficult area for me to reach so i tend to just ignore whatever is up there. Wish me luck, i'm going in.

Been there, done that. Bit of advice--seal up the garbage tight and chuck it in a trashcan with a lid immediately. I cleaned out my fridge last week and tied up the garbage bag, but I left it in my kitchen because I was lazy--our back door is nonexistent at the moment (remodeling) and I didn't feel like hauling the bag through the house to the front door and all the way back down our very long driveway to the garbage can. Left it in the kitchen overnight, and by midmorning the next day it was teeming with maggots. :puke: :puke: :puke:
I have found the one "insect" I absolutely can't abide.

7. *lol* You could have said "my refrigerator must be cleaned out by me at some point" |
|
and if you'd employed the extra-passive-passive voice, you could very well consider taking a nap instead. I wish you all the luck. I'm a humble survivor of such an undertaking. It makes me think that I could have hired (upon moving out of my old apt) a crime-scene cleanup crew & paid them extra to not make any comments.
I kind of wish that was an exaggeration. :loveya: I admire you. You'll be so happy. How about some before and after pics?
