From a Blazers fan. Rasheed is truly a great player. He'll make the Pistons better as long as you don't depend on him to lead the team.
He can be a jerk at times, no question, but he did a lot of good community stuff in Portland that got overlooked.
The jerk stuff finally wore too thin here for some, but I thought overall he brought more good than bad while he was here. Can't say the same for a lot of the former JailBlazers.
He makes the Pistons contenders, especially in the Eastern Conference.
His contract runs out, he'll play hard from here on out. Next season, it's anyone's guess.

He plays Kevin Garnett very well, and that ain't easy. He gets jacked up for a challenge. But, he'll mail it in for more lowly teams.
T-Wolves are red-hot right now. They kicked the Kings good last night.

7. Wolves lead 47-41 at the half |
|
Pistons, with two new guys in their top seven, are a bit awkward but seem energized.
And damn, Rasheed is one big mothergrabber. Looks like he could go from endline to endline in about 7 or 8 big steps.

9. Pretty impressive for a guy who came into Detroit not known for his D |
|

12. There was a play in the 2nd |
|
that shows what you've got to keep Sheed from doing. Pistons with the ball, Sheed is hovering beyond the arc with three other players. I think you have to force the ball into his hands if you expect him to think offensively.
Wait...I'm getting flashbacks from '91...ah, yes, I remember why I should hate the Pistons...
