When's the best time to see a blockbuster without all the chatter? |
|
Edited on Sun Jun-29-08 12:59 PM by DerekG
I go to the movie theater twice a year, usually to see independent films. In three weeks though, I'll be seeing The Dark Knight, as I'm absolutely enchanted by Nolan's interpretation of the Batman. Thing is, I don't want to deal with morons. I don't want to hear the squeals of children, or the chatter of teenagers and college kids. I reckon this will be the best "popcorn" movie since the Lord of the Rings releases, and I'll be furious if I'm taken out of the experience.
When's the best time to see this movie?

2. I can't wait five months |

I've been waiting for this film for three years. Another half year would be unbearable.

should weed out the most people. That's how I do it anyway.
Like for WALL-E, I'm going to the 10:30PM showing during the week.
