Anyone know if they have old /Looney Tunes/ cartoons on DVD?

I remember in a couple of them, there'd be someone who would throw a temper tantrum they'd hold their breath and their face would turn like red and purple and green and white and stuff. I was thinking of putting an animated .GIF of that up as a Nader avatar. Thank you for reading my post.
