Does anyone know when new fall clothing collections are introduced?

Particularly the GAP? I am trying to settle an argument about when the new collection is introduced to the retail market, and I can't find any information about it. Is it in the Spring, or Summer?

It's a silly question, but it's killing me that I can't find the answer. I suppose I could just call the GAP, but that would involve picking up the phone.

1. On sale now

Shows and everything are done in early spring, though. It's getting hard to find shorts!!

6. well, down here bathing suits don't go on sale until mid July and the

good sale prices don't happen until August. And you can buy shorts until November.

But sweaters and wool and stuff are only in our stores for about 20 minutes, I think.

2. I don't know about the Gap specifically

but most stores release them starting in late spring. For most stores the seasonal clothing comes out in phases, so there isn't one release date for all of it.

The last time I worked in a clothing store we would get our first fall items in May.
