Those were the three that I was thinking of: Sweeney Todd, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Corpse Bride.
There may be others, but I'm not sure as I haven't consulted IMDB to find out. But it wouldn't surprise me if they have done more together, their collaboration together seems very natural to me.

pretty much the only bright point in it was Preston's character. :P Which was basically Toddy all over again.
