Question: Any guys here dating older women? Any women here dating younger men?

I just read an article in Yahoo about "more men starting to date older women" (or vice versa), breaking with the more socially accepted "older man-younger woman". I'm one of those guys (I'm 24, my girlfriend is 33), and I can't be happier. I love how my girlfriend and I are on the same maturity level, we technically like the same stuff, how sure she is about what she wants and what she wants from our relationship, apart of me being very attracted to older women in general (in every sense). Also, my mom is older than my dad (she's 59, he's 53), and many couples in my family are like that as well, so it's nothing new for me.

So- are you in the same situation, or have you been in it? Does it work for you? Share your thoughts about the subject. :)

We've been married for eight years. When we met I thought he was older and he thought I was younger. We have similar tastes in a lot of things. When we built our house we never argued one time about anything! He told me before we married that he had almost always dated women older than him. It works well for us!

2. My ex-boyfriend is five years younger than me.

I think it hurt the relationship because he's not mature enough to handle anything serious for longer than a few months. He's 23 and I'm 28.

Obviously I know that not everyone that age would have the same problems he does.

my first husband was also younger than me (when we first met i was an adult of 18 and he was 15 he was living on his own i'd lived on my own for the most part also since the age of 15 we married when i was 21 and he was 18)...

htuttle was 29 and i was 33 when we got together...

- it was not my intention necessarily to seek out younger men it just happened that way tho i do like younger men (especially sons of feminists and it seems that most of them are younger)...
