So, when I got to work today, me and the other night reporter noticed a tense atmosphere. So, when everyone left we found out from the Victoria reporter that Terry had sent an email to Jeff about how the work environment was very bad lately because our new news director sucks ass. Jeff replied, but accidentally, somehow, also sent it to the news director in question. Needless to say the fallout wasn't good. Glad I wasn't there.

4. Well, on the plus side, the news director probably needs |
|
to know that s/he isn't very competent. It's best in the long run to kill illusions of competence.
But that's definitely going to cause a whole lot of hurt in the short term. :(
I'm glad you missed all the drama.

Never, EVER, say anything in an E-mail you wouldn't want to see printed on the front page of the paper. The one your boss and your mother read.
