117 cats, raccoon, rabbit found in Omaha home
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/25823096/?GT1=43001

OMAHA, Neb. - Humane society workers found 117 cats, a raccoon and a rabbit inside a north Omaha house.

The discovery came Wednesday after Council Bluffs, Iowa, police caught the 54-year-old homeowner allegedly stealing cat food. Officials said the woman smelled like cat urine.

Police said the woman has been in trouble before for having too many cats. At one time, humane society pulled more than 200 cats from her house.

:wow:

2. That is sooo sad. And she probably thought she was helping.
200 cats the last time, and probably some of them were dead. This time, 117. My gawd, can you imagine that? I have 1 dog and 2 cats, and can barely get around them the way it is. I certainly would not put up with any of them pooping all around the house.

And, this lady was busted stealing cat food. Not food for herself, mind you, but CAT FOOD. And she smelled like cat piss. Well, I'll bet she did!

I really think people like that need psychiatric help as opposed to legal consequences and incarceration.

6. Finding one's self soaked in cat urine is a tip-off?

9. I have to be kind to this woman- that time I myself awoke soaked in cat urine
I immediately deduced the presence of somewhere over 100 invisible, urinating cats who would likely enjoy being fed at some point, and ran right out to steal cat food for them. Except that I went to the market naked so that no one would see me.
