Ok - I've just about had it up to HERE |
|
with the rain :nuke::nuke::nuke:
It has rained for about 5 days straight - thunderstorms like mad.
My yard is completely saturated. I actually slipped on the hill last night while walking the dog and slid down on my @$$ while the dog cowered under a tree because she refuses to go outside in the rain :eyes:

3. I wouldn't mind if the following criteria were met: |
|
1. I did not have to go to work and could stay home and watch movies all day. 2. My dog would let me know she NEEDS to go outside rather than just use my rug. 3. I could get some good pain meds for my fibromyalgia.
If I could have that - then bring it on..... :hi:

Wow...
Wish you could channel some of that out here!
We are parched, as usual, for July...
Good luck, sweetie!

7. Aw, all the good thunderstorms have missed us |
|
But we are quite soggy, and I know why: Mr. MG had to run pipe and install a new outdoor faucet, because the old one was shot (and poorly done in the first place); therefore, because he burned his finger, got soaked, and swore a lot (he HAAAATES plumbing) just so my garden could have a drink, it's been raining ever since. Sorry you got caught in it as well, MB.

8. The only thing I don't like about them is that the dogs freak |
|
and won't go out. :grr:
We've had some pretty intense rain lately, but so far have escaped any really severe storms.

We had a nice heat thunderstorm yesterday evening, I sat watching it come in until it started sprinkling (that's when I noticed the wasp nest in my other post), then went into my garage and opened it, watching as it rained and thundered and lightninged for about 15 minutes.
I really love rain and thunderstorms and lightning.
Unfortunately it's close to August -- the worst month of the year here, where we get into the 100s and have no or very little rain.
