a major out of season snowstorm is set to hit the shores of Lake Michigan beginning on Friday and lasting until Monday morning.

2. That kind of thing WOULD happen to me
But, as luck would have it, another kind of storm is going to descend; my brother just told me he needs to stay here for the weekend while on a recruiting trip (he's a college basketball coach). The place may look like a tornado hit it when I return.
