1. I don't like it, but it's not my chin.

4. I'm growing my yearly beard...
...which has become a goatee because that's the best I can manage (the sides never grow in), and every year my friends beg me to shave it as soon as they see that it's Yearly Beard Time again, so it will be a BATTLE OF WILLS this year to see how long I keep it.

Last year, I caved in a week. This year, I'm on day 4. Not exactly a "personal best," but I stand a good chance of breaking my 2007 record.

USA! USA! USA! USA!

6. I've been fighting the "would you please shave that thing" battle for years.

Alas, I don't think my odds of winning are very good.

Your friends clearly are better at this whole pressure thing than I am. If they're free, I can give them the BF's number and some money. ;)

2. I voted "Jerry", because that's more-or-less my look
I knew that I was on the right track when I started being mistaken for a hobo.

3. Most people look like wankers with facial hair.
Especially goatees and soul patches.

5. Depends on the guy
a guy with a great jawline should always be clean shaven, a guy with a weak chin could benefit from a beard or goatee.

7. As long as it is free of insects and particles of food and drink
I don't really care one way or the other. Except the 5 o'clock shadow look is irritating to kiss.
