I spent time at both ends of the academic spectrum in college (academic probation - dean's list)

I voted for Jimmy Carter in the '76 Maryland primary, but for Ford in the general election (hopefully, I've learned a lot since then)

9. Don't know if I really have any buddies here, but

1. I have been losing weight (on purpose), so far around 40 lbs, hope to lose 30 more.

2. I really enjoy dogs, and hope to never be without one as long as I live.

3. Met my wife while playing in a band in Philly in 1974 - went down the street to see HER play while we were on a break.
All this is proof that if you live long enough, some fairly interesting things will happen to you.

1. I was once part of a three-way polyamorous relationship. (Which is the reason we have our son.)

2. I quit school in 11th grade, after my Mom had a heart attack. I got a full-time job and took over the role of breadwinner for several years until she was finally healed enough to work again. I got my GED last year, and am about to start my second year of college, at age 29.

3. If I ever get famous, I intend to "spend" my celebrity in advocacy for the poor. I do the best I can now, but the biggest reason I'd like to be well-known someday is because that would help me accomplish even more.
