Nothing is quite as good as plain old generic yellow mustard. The sort you spread liberally on a tofu pup to hide the fact that fake hot dogs simply aren't good.
I'll have to try it on an egg.

9. Put them in a pot w/ water, put it on the stove. Turn on the heat. |

When the water boils, kill the heat, put on the pot lid, and let them sit for ten minutes. Then cool them - I dump the pot and fill it w/ cold tap water, let it sit a while.
Perfect. No gray yolks, no yolks still runny in the middle . . . Perfect!
