Seriously. it took longer to untangle and loosen up all the data and power cables I hooked up with great care about two months ago than re-connect and set everything back up in a different room.

1. I concur
I've seen electrical cables bind themselves into irreconcilable knots even when one end is plugged into the wall and the other is attached to a fridge that hasn't been moved in five years.

How does that happen?!?!?

2. They're alive I tell you
One speaker cable had wrapped itself around a power cable twice. It wasn't set up that way and it also did not move for two months until taken apart. Wasn't even dusted during that time.

3. How about all the chains that get tangled up
in my jewelry box? Even when they are hanging on hooks.

4. The tangles are taking over our house
There's a whole rat's nest behind the TV stand...and another remarkable one in Mr. MG's office...a lesser one behind the desk with my Mac on it...and just last night Mr. MG hooked up his old computer for MG Jr. to mess around with. Oh noes! More cables! I picked up a small tangle and found they weren't attached to ANYthing! It's a conspiracy! I stuffed those puppies in a drawer right away and am keeping an eye on them to make sure they don't sneak back out.
