I don't have the patience or willpower to just exercise regularly, I have to actually have something I DO that's active.

Yeah, I feel the same way; if I exercise regularly I'm much more clear headed and alert. Kinda tough, though, because I have fibromyalgia and if I overdo it I level myself for days. It's hard to find the right balance.

It helps a bunch in controlling my diabetes, and I ALWAYS feel better when I'm done. :thumbsup:
