I actually came out of Walgreens with money in my hand today. |

See we got new insurance and the IIC couldn't seem to figure out how to get cards to us. So I have been buying our meds for about 6 weeks now.
So today I was at the dr and I called the secretary at my husband's employer to see if she had this coverage and if she had any info my dr's secretary could use. She had our cards and faxed copies to my dr and a copy for me.
Then husband calls to get me to refill his meds and mail to him, so I took my little faxed card copy with me and not only did I get his meds for copay, I also got full credit for all but copay on my very expensive med I had filled a few days ago, and another less expensive one. They took his copays out of the refund and gave me the rest. And a print out of everything we have had filled since July 1 to file for refund from the insurance company.
The pharmacy folks were bend over backward helpful too.
and my other doc will now file all her claims and refund to us what she can.

2. sure is. And it is a relief to see that even though the company that brokered the |
|
insurance appears to have left their brains in another time zone, the insurance itself is OK.
