Ok. Disregard my complaints about my lousy dream the other night,
because I had the WORST dream ever, last night.
I won't even bother relaying a description; the thread would get locked, and not in an amusing way.

Anyone know how to train yourself to control your dreams? I think I need to figure that out.

1. I haven't slept in three nights. At this point, I'd KILL for even a lousy dream.

6. If only. No clue.
I think sometimes it's cyclical. I just can't get my mind to shut up. This partcular week there's a lot going on, so yeah.

9. Sounds like me.
If I exercise a lot, it helps, but I don't exercise a lot. :(

3. Haven't you ever heard of Benadryl?

Lara - I'm sorry you are having crappy assed dreams. Are you feeling stressed about something? Perhaps putting yourself in that "happy place" as you drift off would help....

:pals:

8. Act out your dreams in real life, and then your dreams will be filled with whatever you do now.
So, if you become a promiscuous serial killer, you'll dream of being bored.

It's a theory. Just for clarification, I've never tried that advice!

13. You mean and survive afterwards? No, I suspect not.
That sounds like fear and stress. You are doing damage to your body, and your body is telling you that in your dream. Maybe.

14. You will have to rewatch Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Warriors
that movie tells you how to control your dreams.

It also has a soundtrack by Dokken, so, bonus there.

20. You're welcome!
:)

I love it when I lucid dream, even if it starts out "bad" because when you realize you're dreaming, you get to take control. Fantasia, here we come!
