Bang bang!
Turns out what I thought was six gunshots in my hood the other night WAS six gunshots. A guy at work who lives around the block said he heard them too and went outside after to see loads of police cars. Guess I'm living in a rough neighbourhood, despite being the gay mecca for all of Canada.
Actually it's kind of sad. Gang violence in this city is out of control. As is drugs, homelessness and apparently bears now too.

Bring protective armour when you visit.
