Catch and pull: No. Spray latex forms around the hair and when it comes off the skin, it comes off the hair...it's not tacky or sticky in the least. It works more like a form-fitting rubber casement. Ever coat your fingertips in Elmer's glue or rubber cement? Same idea.

Messy: Not really. Latex tends to come off in sections. If you were covered from head to toe, you'd probably have a big pile of latex rubber in sections and strips to deal with. In an area this small, it'd probably come off in one piece.

Inconsistent application: Yes. Also if you missed a spot, you'd have holes or weak areas.
