Turns out it's true.
Hey, it's not as bad as having Ann Coulter as my grandmother and Ann Coulter my great-grandmother. When I got into politics in the late nineties, I think at least six months passed when I realised this and I said to my mum, "Do you know who Ann Coulter is?" My mum said, "Yes... and that was my mother's maiden name!" (and she did this with a shake of her head at the famous Ann Coulter)
They were originally of Scottish stock, coming from Coulter, South Lanarkshire. So everytime I see the horrible Ann Coulter, I think of my lovely grandma Ann (nee Coulter) and great grandma Ann Coulter.
Suddenly... I had a horrible thought.. I might just be related to THAT Ann Coulter... I hope she's far far far away from me in my family tree! ugh.
