the tape set, is very much better than the cd... i had an amputation reattachment of my left hand. the doctor botched the nerve grafts, i rarely take pain medication, but it is a never ending situation, i am to the point i don't notice it much.. i do reality checks on occasion but my relationship with unrelenting pain has changed. i plan on getting a prosthetic hook, not so much from the pain.. just because it would be so helpful.

lupus, RA, and Lyme disease are the front runners.....if it Lyme I may have had it enough to have arthritis from it and psyhiatric issues.....fingers crossed for some good news!
