Goddamn, my upper arms are so sore...

Spent last night in a warehouse, lugging over 100 30-40lb boxes of textbooks. My upper arms are beyond sore, I have box burns on my forearms, and a nice bruise on my right bicep. I can barely lift my Bloody Mary.
