Social anxiety setting in.

My three-day orientation starts tomorrow.

This sucks.

And I already know most of the folks there.

Just wanted to vent.

1. Breathe and go to your happy place. *hugs* I hate social anxiety. I sometimes

can't even buy things at a store, I get so embarrassed when I check out. (What if I don't have enough money and have to put something back, etc etc)

3. oh yeah. I always feel two inches tall around other people, especially

in a setting of professionals. I always feel rather inadequate at cheer coaches' workshops. There's so much I _don't_ know, and I always feel like everyone else knows so much more than I do. :(

I hope you can work through this before you meet up with all those other folks. :hug: Do you have any affirmations you are repeating to help you get through this?
