With whom do you share your birthday?
Wikipedia has a list of birthdays and deaths for whatever day of the year you want...just search the day.

I share my birthday with William Cecil (QEI's famed adviser), pianist Clara Schumann, army physician Walter Reed, Milton Hershey of the chocolate fame, Roald Dahl, Mel Torme, Peter Cetera, Fiona Apple, Daisuke Matsuzaka, and Ben Savage, among many, many, many others.

Interestingly, Dante died on my birthday, as did Tupac Shakur and George Wallace and, in very recent memory, Ann Richards.

Sheesh. Those two don't even seem to come from the same planet. Near as I can figure, the only thing they have in common is that they're both carbon-based life forms.

26. What lips my lips have kissed, and where, and why

What lips my lips have kissed, and where, and why,
I have forgotten, and what arms have lain
Under my head till morning; but the rain
Is full of ghosts tonight, that tap and sigh
Upon the glass and listen for reply;
And in my heart there stirs a quiet pain
For unremembered lads that not again
Will turn to me at midnight with a cry.
Thus in the winter stands a lonely tree,
Nor knows what birds have vanished one by one,
Yet know its boughs more silent than before:
I cannot say what loves have come and gone;
I only know that summer sang in me
A little while, that in me sings no more.

I have the "book of birthdays" and I identify with much of it the description but not the lust for power. Definitely the concern for justice. The dreaminess, the indecisiveness, yes.

72. Ike Turner, Art Garfunkle, Armin Shimerman (trekkies should know that one), Joyce Maynard,
Robert Patrick (liquid metal guy from Terminator 2), Bryan Adams, Tilda Swinton (I always thought she was kinda hot in an androgynous kinda way. :)), Famke Janssen, and that's about all the names I recognized.

It's also known as Guy Fawkes day, as well as the day Doc Brown invented time travel. :)

Huh... didn't notice it, but that's also the same day Saddam was sentanced in '06. Go figure. I asked for new politicians for my birthday that year, I shoulda been a little more specific.
