And then get's annoyed because it took them forever to get through and she doesn't want to have to call back whenever she gets home.

Holy shit, people are ridiculous.

4. Well at least with phone sex you have all the equipment there that you would need.

5. A salesman.
You wouldn't BELIEVE the bullshit we
are responsible for these days.

I DRIVE ALL DAY, for Pete's sake, but my
company expects me to accept and acknowledge
e-mails! They don't even supply us with
laptops.

We had to sign a statement saying that
we won't use our cell phones while we
drive, but try not answering your phone
when a manager calls...or getting any
work done when you're driving for a hour
and a half at a stretch.

If a deal falls through, they want to know
why you didn't "bill" this afternoon.

I can see why they called.

I might do the same if I was stuck in a traffic jam.

7. She may have been elsewhere when she first tried to get through.
Hell, she might have still been in grade school.

11. Oh, I know how that is.
I'm used to calling a customer, though, an hour or more after he's opened a trouble ticket, and finding him on the road or even at home. My contacts tend to be the tech-savvy ones who actually can remember useful stuff about their set-ups without the equipment in front of them. And my Internet/IP connections are usually less complicated than your desktop support.

13. Okay, that's bad.
I thought calling in from the office when their computer was down at home was bad enough.
