What the hell can one do for PMS zits?
I'm 42 fucking years old. Wrinkles and zits are not a pretty combination. Clearasil and the like just makes my skin dry but doesn't do a damned thing for the zits. This is depressing.

1. Burt's Bees has some wonderful products!
:hi:

I use the Soap Bark and Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream followed by the Rosewater and Glycerin Toner each morning and night. They also have a couple of nice exfoliant scrubs and several day and night moisturizers to choose from.

3. Witch Hazel
Less drying of the skin than alcohol. I'm 45, still get them and it works every time.

4. It was an awkward age for me...
Looking in the mirror, peering through my reading glasses, to inspect my zits!

Warm compresses bring blood to the area which helps zits heal faster.

6. Beautiful,
Vitamin B6 is given. Also, any of the acid products. Don’t let the word acid interfere, you can treat wrinkles and zits in one.

8. Colgate Total toothpaste.
It has an antibacterial ingredient and dries the thing out without irritating surrounding skin. I'm 45 and get the same zite - some might call them BOILS - and toothpaste works to minimize the damage!

10. Prescription Metrogel helps me
It's prescribed for acne rosacea, something I've had for years. Bill Clinton has it. I just use a little dab when I have a breakout.
