The humane society is running a clinic, but only for two hours. We have this small window in which to catch and crate all the cats, take them to the clinic, fill out all the ppwk, get them shot, then come back for more. We have only three carriers, and I'm going to the pet store for some cardboard ones.

Wish us luck! Also wish luck to Harry, Petey, Toby, Cocoa, Daddy, Skittles,* Mildred,* O'Malley, Rat Face, and Moose.* Also hope for us that Smudgy comes around.

* I doubt we'll be able to catch these three. Skittles and Mildred are part feral, and Moose weighs a hundred and forty pounds and has claws like daggers.

3. Thanks. Great pictures
Petey looks like he'll make it a very bad day for some vet.

9. What a gorgeous crew you have...each and every one of them is so special.
Sorry you were unable to get them to the vet today.
Do you have a local humane society or such that might be able to send someone to your house to do some of the work?
I know we do have some mobile vets around here.

7. We got there with five of the cats.... and we found a line of parked cars
maybe a quarter mile long, both sides of the street. We took them home.

If we could afford it we'd get a mobile vet here and do them all at once, but a vet won't give rabies shot without a physical. We're going to have to take them to the vet one at a time.

I feel like a really bad pet mom.

8. No. You're a good mom.
Those house gods and goddesses are getting better care than 90% of the animals of the world.

10. Is that a Hitler kitty in the first photo?
I can't tell for certain if the black spot is correctly positioned. I have a Hitler cat next door; he's not very friendly.

11. His "moustache" is to the left, so he's not quite a Hitler kitty
but he is funny looking. Viewed in the proper light, he's actually ugly. In a cute way. ;)
