DU Women. Would you date a hairless man? |
|
I am talking about a man with absolutely no hair on his body.
No hair on his legs, arms, chest, back, face, or head. I am thinking about going hairless, but only if it improves my chances of finding a date.

1. You'd do THAT to get a woman? Why? |
|
If you couldn't find a woman who would like you for any more reason than the fact that you shaved your whole body, my friend, you need to do some serious self-examination.
Just some friendly advice here.
(Unless, of course, your thread is another copycat that I missed the source of. I do that a lot.)

6. It was a serious question, posted in gest of course |
|
I would never shave my entire body. I only asked cause a knew a guy who was obsessed about body hair. He hated body hair and would remove any sign of it from his body. He was a big military guy, as well, which kind of made it even more weird. He would always tell me that he never had any trouble getting a date and actually commented that the women he went out with liked the fact that he had removed the hair from his legs and chest. They did not seem to mind.

7. Uh, that "guy you knew?" The absolute definiton of an asshole, and an utter liar. |
|
I'd advise you (again, as a friend) to work on the settings of your bullshit filter.

4. Hairless as a genetic odity or medical condition, or hairless as in shaves religiously? |
|
Honestly I'd be more likely to go with the former. I don't find totally bald heads attractive, but couldn't really blame a person who had no hair through no fault of their own, and the latter guy would be stubbly most of the time.

5. Speaking as someone that knows a couple competitive bodybuilders |
|
if you think that regularly shaving your body from head to toe will be worth it, you'd be wrong. One guy I know spent many thousands of dollars on that laser hair removal surgery for his competition convenience. Seemed pretty extreme.

9. Dude. I don't doubt that you know guys like that. And I hope that the OP will take your |
|
familiarity with that unhealthily-obsessive group of people as the truth.
Wanting to have a nice bod is one thing, but the few times I've seen pictures of the obsessive competitive "body builders" I've been utterly revolted by the bulges and veins, not to mention all that oil.
Absolute yuck. The men look like some kind of bizarre alien species, and the women look to be about as female as I do.

Some people just don't like having hair on their body. The guy I knew was obsessed with any amount of hair on his body.
I was asking the question in jest. I would not shave my entire body t go on a date. Some people on this board I guess take themselves too seriously, and don't understand a pun. I am not too surprised. I mean this is the lounge. I just found it odd that this guy was so obsessed about hair, and didn't care what any other person thought.

14. It would not be an asset to have a shaved head. |
|
The rest would just be weird.
