I nearly snapped at work today. (How do I find Zen?)

There are some idiots that have gotten into the habit of asking me the most idiotic questions that if they would take three seconds and look at the system, they would be able to figure it out for themselves. Then someone in my department tried to throw their dumb ass mistake off onto me, and I nearly lost it. I left early today. I am sick of doing everyone else's work, people thinking I do nothing and treating me like I'm a dumb ass when they wouldn't be able to find their ass with two hands if I hadn't shown them how. This is not ego, by the way. I trained everyone in my department, put the procedures into place and do a lot of things to make their work load easier. And I get no thanks whatsoever.
I need to find some way to become as zen as Matthew McConaughey without smoking pot. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

5. The trick is to make them jump through hoops and do lots of work

when they come for your assistance. You do everything with a smile on your face, but you are secretly making it difficult on them. In time they will find it easier to figure it out themselves than come bother you.
