Am I wrong for wanting to eat arugula right out of the bag? with nothing on it, even?

because all of a sudden, I have a craving for salad ( yes, yes....I've been drinking, no need to ask ) and there is no lettuce or cucumbers or tomatoes in the house. There is, however a bag of arugula in the fridge that I have been munching on ( sprinkled with a touch of cider vinegar ). I know I said NOTHING, but I'm not sure cider vinegar counts here.

BTW...I LOVE this stuff!!!!

My aunt always made pickled eggs and pickled beets....I used to love them as a kid, and I still do!
