My name is billyskank and I have a problem.
I am addicted to Tabasco sauce. I can't get enough of it. They say the first step on the road to recovery is to admit you have a problem.

1. It starts with Tabasco.
Then you're on to Cholula, and finally to Sriracha.

That Tabasco is a gateway hot sauce.

2. I want to put it on everything.
When I start putting it on my Shredded Wheat, that's when I'll know I've truly jumped off the edge.

It goes great on everything: rice, veggies, meat, eggs, popcorn, ice-cream, and much more.

8. It's incredible
It's both unbelievably hot, and really sweet. It was thrust on me in college, and it was tough to get used to at first (sweats, tears, and runny nose), but I now can't imagine my life without it.

The only thing I hate is they don't have the Red Rooster logo anymore. x(

12. Actually, it's Thai-ish
Sriracha (pronounced /siːrətʃə/ or SEE-rah-chah) is the generic name for Thai-style hot sauce named after the seaside city of Si Racha, Thailand, where it was first produced for the local seafood restaurants. Typically made from sun-ripened chili peppers, vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt, it is a common condiment in many Asian restaurants.

18. My friend brought me back this Habanero sauce from New Mexico
I ate the whole bottle in a week.

It was SO GOOD and SO BAD all at the same time.

I love it when it's spicy enough that you have to go lie down afterward. :D

19. OK man you have to try this stuff...it is sooo...
radical.

Tabasco has a lot of salt in it and it is bad for your system and all.

Now...
My favorite is skim-small curd cottage cheese and lots of Tabasco with
even more salt and spring onions chopped up and scoop it all up with Fritos*.

Tikki

*Fritos are totally gross on their own and will only work with the recipe above.

I had some Guamanian and Korean friends in junior high who would put it on their popcorn.

Not that I'm trying to be an enabler or anything.... :P
