The music playing here at the office is going to drive me fucking INSANE
and the person who has the office with the volume controls left "for a few minutes" and locked up their office.. so i can't get in to turn it off or turn it down.

i swear to god, if i have to hear "i'll be there" or another damn al green song i'm going to flip. this music SUCKS, and after hearing each song 20 times it starts to drive you insane.

And I want to spend my life with you :loveya:

Ooo, loving you forever
Is what I need
Let me, be the one you come running to
I'll never be untrue O8)

Loving you whether, whether
Times are good or bad, happy or sad :headbang::cry:

12. I had to
I went to eat dinner at the vegan shop around the corner and they usually play some great reggae or independent artists, but today I heard James Taylor "Mexico" and Al Green (see above) - I kept thinking I was waiting to get my teeth drilled or something.

10. Could be worse - it could be Stryper
Back in High School, I was working a painting job. The guy I was working with was like "Dude! Do you like Metal?"

I said yes, because this was the 80's.

So he freakin' puts on Stryper on his CD player on repeat.

This was hell.

Al Green.

If only I had it so lucky...

14. Hey, seventies soul would be an improvement over the music at some of the places I've worked
It was either contemporary country or Muzak (which, I actually like more than most people, honestly...) at the places I used to work! I'd be singing along with "If Loving You Is Wrong..." haha "Am I wrooooong/ to try to hold on/ to the best thing I ever ha-ad!"

15. I understand your frustration, but I have serious concerns about anybody...
...who speaks about Al Green that way. This isn't just some random R&B singer. It's AL FREAKIN' GREEN. Al "Take Me To The River" Green.

On a side note...on the day I was born, Al Green's girlfriend assaulted him by dumping boiling hot grits on him in the shower before killing herself with his gun.

16. I used to work in a place with a speaker above my area
in a dropped ceiling. I came in early one day, moved a desk to stand on, lifted a ceiling section and found the speaker wire. A pair of scissors and WALLA!, peace at last.

:hi:
