Favorite Nintendo Gamecube games??????/

I just got one for my wife and I. Already have a Sony Playstation 2. I have been playing the new sonic game as well as eternal darkness. Any suggestions? I know, I'm a nerd. I generally only play video games on the weekend related to time, it's a great escape, even if I am old.

1. By ALL means..

Buy The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.

It's like playing a Disney cartoon. Absolutely GORGEOUS. This game is probably the #1 reason I bought my GameCube earlier this year. And then I bought a surround sound system for my living room.. an out-of-this-world soundtrack. WOW.

Don't get me started.. I could ramble on and on about this game for a very long time. I laughed, I cried, I gasped, I clapped. I even took a vacation from work for two days just to sit in front of the TV and play it.

A hundred little flower-headed helpers attacking, carrying, and eating everything in sight!

It looks really cutesypoo, but is the MOST diabolically addictive game that Nintendo has ever put out.

It's part action, part adventure, part sim, part puzzle, part this, part that...but ALL addictive. Pikmin2 will be out this fall.

Also, pick up Rougue Squadron...better than any of the other Star Wars games.

Metroid Prime- Another reason the GC is a must have, and VERY HARD to beat.
