I cried like a baby myself when I dropped her off at the airport. Then again when I got home and received the news that Paul Newman was dead. I don't know if I can go a whole week without Mrs. Aristus. :(

While in grad school, my husband and I occasionally raided the coin jar in order to buy a good bottle of wine. It's one of life's great blessings. Cheers.

31. Well, the Carlo Rossi was left over from when I made my wife dinner a few weeks ago.

I just needed a cheap wine to simmer the chicken in. There was so much left over, though, that I didn't want it to go to waste.

BTW, the Rossi is gone; I'm drinking a much more civilized Bello chianti now. B-)

and mushrooms. Even my husband, who is not a fan of chicken, loves it. Yum!!!
