Today is my 17th wedding anniversary.

My husband is not home but that's the norm so i sent a piece of cake to his hotel room and a bottle of his current favorite beer and i hid a card in his suitcase when he left.

As for me, i'll be leaving for kick boxing soon and i hope to gawd he doesn't try to put me in the ring again, that didn't go too well for me last time and then off to the supermarket, then back home to do laundry and then i'll figure out dinner.

2. we actually met at my best friend's house, i went to school with her brother and he

was friend's with my husband, we met and i could not stand him, he was a total smart ass and so am i, anyhow after i got to know him a little better i got his humor, we went on a date and that was that, 21 years alter here we are.

Oh, dear - what does he do? That sounds almost as bad as my situation - my girlfriend and I go months at a time without seeing each other. It sucks, but it's been this way for years, and I guess we're just sort of used to it.
