3. It's so common here
The insurance agents don't even bat an eye. And you don't have to make an accident report with the police unless its over $500 damage (and that's for statistics only).

Thankfully it was a small deer and I don't think there's much damage.

I wish I'd had the kids with me though. They would have been upset about the deer, but they are at or near driving age and need to see how those things can come out of nowhere and you need to be vigilant all the time.

4. Wisconsin still requires that hunters use bows or guns.
But, Illinois being more urban and sophisticated, I can see why they'd have a minivan season.
