Now I had to have some knee surgery because of a work injury. Now I knew that I was going to be without my regular paycheck so I dutifully paid all my bills ahead of time anticipating this. Now I got a text message today "reminding" me that payment was due. So I went online to see what the hell they were talking about I get a message that my account was restricted because I had an outstanding balance. Now mind you I paid early on my account so I didn't have my bill so I paid what it usually is, but my bill was a little bit more this time so get ready, this is the amount they were hassling me for....

I could not fucking believe it. Loyal customer, always paid on time, even paid early when I needed to and this is what I get.
